Just a few days ago, The Sacramento Bee honored me as one of our region’s Top 20 AAPI Change Makers. This acknowledgment is incredibly personal. It’s profoundly moving to stand among an assembly of such formidable leaders who tirelessly advocate for equity and progress.
Throughout my tenure as mayor and now, as we strive for a seat in the State Senate, our mission remains steadfast: to champion inclusive progress and transformative change that makes a difference in the lives of people throughout our region.
Election Day is just 50 days away, and with the help of all of you, our region will have leadership that is eager to make the change we want to see in our communities.
